Hound Sleeper – Return & Refund Policy
At Hound Sleeper, we want you (and your furry friend) to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
• Beds or accessories that show signs of use.
• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
3. Returns Process

3. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
4. Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping.
5. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• If you prefer, you may request store credit for future purchases.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or product, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
